Customer Service Representative
Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Processing customer orders and credit requests.
Customer support/Fulfilling special requests
Receives requests by telephone for orders, substitutions, and pick-up and return credits.
Filing
Special projects as deemed necessary by the Business Units needs.
Professionally responding and interfacing directly with customers.
Assist various departments in Distribution Center as needed.
Back up relief for vacations, PTO, etc., which would require varied days off.
All other duties as assigned
Essential skills and
Experience:
High school diploma, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 months experience working in a demanding customer service environment, dealing with customers on a day to day basis, via phone and/or in person.
Data Entry Skills.
Must possess strong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skills in addition to being a team player.
Experience using general office equipment such as Fax Machines, Personal Computers, Typewriter, and Copier.
Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, able to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
Must be able to work weekends.

JD Edwards system experience, 10 key by touch
