Position summary :
The Human Resources Intern will assist the Reinhart HR department with basic HR tasks and functions. This is a great opportunity to gain real world exposure in the HR field.
Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Maintains employee files.
Assists in responding to unemployment claims.
Assists with recruiting talent; maintains on-line application system, schedules interviews, maintains job files for open and closed positions.
Coordinates employee events and recognition programs.
Assists with other projects and duties as needed.
Essential skills and
Experience:
Currently majoring in Human Resources or Business Management.
Strong organizational skills.
Highly organized, detail orientated and capable of multi-tasking.
Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written; will need to communicate with many levels of the organization, as well as potential interview candidates.
High energy and enthusiasm is a must.
Professional and dependable.
Must be able to work 20
hours per week in the office, for at least one semester. Schedule is flexible.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
