We are located in Oak Creek, WI and seeking to fill the following position.
Production Worker - Oak Creek, WI Pay $20.
00 per hour 4-10 hour days We are looking for a 2nd shift Plate Mounter
Responsibilities:
Preparation Understand job instructions before starting job.
Locate all printing plates required for job.
Verify code number on plate against job instruction sheet.
Check printing surface before mounting.
Locate plate cylinders/sleeves and prepare them for mounting.
Mounting Put plate cylinder/sleeve onto the plate mounting machine.
Apply the proper plate mounting tape to the plate cylinder/sleeve.
Setup the plate mounting machine to mount job.
Mount the printing plates onto the plate cylinder/sleeve.
Involve Supervisor if any questions with mounted jobs.
Other Duties The employee has the necessary knowledge to execute the in-process measurements to secure the product safety.
Maintain plate washer machine by changing water as needed, make sure PM's are done on time, and involve Supervisor any time this is not possible Perform duties as assigned and assist in other areas as needed.
Will complete Hazardous Waste training withing first 6 months of employment and annually thereafter
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent Strong team player with proven ability to work effectively with others at all levels Must be able to read and interpret job instructions, understand safety, quality, production and maintenance standards.
Must be able to complete all required reports and paperwork.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Must be able to use and read a tape measure/ruler.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs ' Work Remotely No Job Type:
