We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with organizing and coordinating company events or meetings - Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience using Dentrix and Quickbooks is preferred but not required - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to handle multiple phone lines and transfer calls accurately - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred but not required Job Type:
