Order Management Specialist

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThis position will require you to be onsite a minimum of 3 days a week, with option to be remote the remaining days.
Successful candidate must be within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading and ensuring effective sales order management including, order data entry & follow up/analysis, internal and external customer communications, documentation management, including sales orders and customs documentation, returns and outbound scheduling.
Manages all outbound logistics using TMS/API.
Essential Functions:
Timely and accurate data entry of all sales orders assists in inbound delivery appointments including communications with internal and external customers.
Responsible for customer communications regarding purchase orders.
Receives and processes all sales orders including EDI/Manual order entry and purchase order documentation.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers Manage Freight Returns process (RMA) including customer communications, process management and collaboration with 3rd party freight manager & Claims Analyst.
Collaboration with customer, logistics partners in ensuring that orders are shipped in prompt fashion Timely and accurate data entry of all customer orders into Transportation Management System (TMS), and management of inbound delivery appointments including communications with internal and external customers.
Ensures proper receiving is done to match item and batch number.
Tracks internal product transfers to ensure finished goods are moving in a timely fashion.
Manage Canadian Export & eCommerce sales orders through entire process including order entry, documentation processing and communications with customers.

years of experience in a customer facing role in a customer and logistics management environment, preferably with exposure to export logistics.

years of experience in a ecomm customer support role, preferred High School Diploma required; Associates preferred Ability to work in fast paced and evolving environment Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and to meet changing customer requirements Ability to understand and support management direction.
Ability to keep focus and be detail-oriented in a dynamic atmosphere Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in an ERP and TMS software Strong ability to communicate professionally effectively with other departments including both internal and external customers/vendors.
