Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThis position is required to be onsite in Oak Creek, WI a minimum of 3 days a week.
The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
Stella & Chewy's is looking for an experienced Master Data Analyst who will be responsible for the integrity of master data and development of related business processes at Stella and Chewy's.
Reporting to the Master Data Manager, the primary objective will be to ensure the integrity and consistency of master data, enabling smooth business operations and informed decision-making across departments.
This position is also responsible for training users and troubleshooting exceptions.
The ideal individual will have 3
years of experience managing Master Data in a manufacturing environment.
This individual must have an eye for continuous improvement opportunities and possess communication skills to develop and execute solutions with large teams from varying parts of the business.
Previous experience with MRP implementation preferred.
Responsibilities:
Ensure master data integrity in key systems.
Implement process optimization opportunities, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data across various platforms by multiple users.
Prepare and conduct mass and/or manual data updates in ERP Analyze and articulate business requirements and translate them into functional requirements Translate system changes into resulting business impact Monitor and manage data quality, resolving any issues or inconsistencies that arise Properly record and maintain requirements and process documentation Adhere to standards and guidelines developed by and with Master Data Manager Conduct investigations and drive changes to address any recurring strategic enterprise master data issues Enforce established data standards and guidelines through recognition and communication of anticipated outcomes Serve as Key User to educate users and problem solve exceptions Actively seek and adopt best practices in data reporting.
Anticipate and take action to meet business needs while looking for ways to increase efficiency and data accuracy Support ad-hoc internal customer requests and business systems projects RequirementsDesired Experience and Skills:

years previous job-related experience required, strong knowledge of Enterprise master data and how it applies to business Bachelor's Degree Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other major ERP software Prior experience in set up and launch of MRP preferred Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail and follow-up abilities Experience gathering requirements, functional design and documenting business processes Demonstrated use of various systems and methods to collect and analyze data and problem solve (process mapping) Must be highly disciplined, organized, self-starter with the ability to execute assignments independently in agile environment Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Analytical Attention To Detail Business Process Improvement Business Process Mapping Business Processes Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
