This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property and assisting the General Manager in all facets of leasing, maintenance, management and operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist with leasing and leasing agent duties Assist with tenant relations and follow up on outstanding issues Ensure that all units are well maintained Assist with any special requests of residents Assist in the training of new residents Assist in the maintenance of all units, including cleaning, painting, and general upkeep Manage any special requests of residents or property owner Manage any late night or early morning calls that may arise from the community Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all units are kept in clean and orderly condition Ensure that all common areas are kept in clean and orderly condition.
Work with the community support team to ensure that all other properties are kept up to code.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
(We are a drug free workplace) High School diploma or equivalent required.
Some college preferred.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Must be able to communicate effectively via phone, email, text or in person with our clients.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to follow through on tasks.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties.
Must have good time management skills as well as strong customer service skills.
