This position involves taking care of walk-in customers, assisting in house technicians with needed parts and assisting on-line customers to the right parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy - Fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery or pick-up Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals - Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred - Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts - Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and stock levels - Proficient in phone etiquette to provide professional customer service over the phone - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area - Detail-oriented to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Proficiency in Excel for tracking inventory and analyzing sales data We offer competitive pay rates, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
