Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.
Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, and other sales collateral.
Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
Assist with the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various marketing channels.
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Spearhead data collection regarding overall market volumes, competitor unit deliveries, etc.
Various data analytical tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience in communications or marketing-related roles.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and email marketing software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Education/Certification/Training:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing or Business-related field preferred.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a typical office or shop environment; occasionally exposed to noise, dust, and chemicals.
Safety glasses/goggles must be always worn while in the shop or yard.
