He or she will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training and retaining talent for the company.

Responsibilities:
Support Senior Management in evaluating and identifying areas of talent needed whether, operations, professional, trades and temporary staff Manage and execute a recruiting strategy to fill talent needs Provide input on general salary and bonus levels relative to the position in the market Manage marketing strategy for recruitment and other marketing needs working in conjunction with Senior Management to oversee all social media and client relations Training/Education/Tracking:
Manage the curriculum, schedule current employees to present on topics within their expertise.
Keep the training schedule full and moving forward to meet the company goals.
Maintain training records of employees Oversee onboarding for all new employees Conduct background checks, placement testing, and employee eligibility verifications Establish an individual written career path for employees Work with Legal to maintain proper employee personnel records Represent Edgerton in community and/or recruiting events.
Schedules onsite interviews for hiring managers at colleges, career fairs, and other hiring venues Required Skills and Abilities:
Self-motivated to work independently and proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems May require occasional travel to other states, including Texas, Florida, and TennesseeEducation and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field required Marketing and social media experience, related to recruitment preferred Recommended Skills Analytical Business Administration Communication Confidentiality Conflict Resolution Construction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
