Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Active applicable state licensure CPR Certified preferred Salary Description $29 - $40 per hour Recommended Skills Cpr Licensed Practical Nurse Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
