This role will support our warehouse operation providing excellent service to our customers, warehouse personnel and drivers.
If you enjoy a fast past environment, breathe customer service and pride yourself on quality work we should talk! Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, fax and/or email to set up orders, and give rate confirmation and follow up.
Communicate with drivers to provide information required to perform pick up and deliveries.
Qualify new customers and brokers by following Aim standards and maintain files.
Maintains database for customers, brokers and sales data.
Recommend other AIM services to help customers and increase sales revenue.
Develops list of prospective customers, from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, internet websites etc.
Job Requirements 2 years in transportation, warehousing or manufacturing with ERP experience 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred Positive, go-getter attitude with a team player mindset Detail orientated About AIM AIM is a family owed company, and has been in the Transportation and Logistics arena for almost 20 years.
