Senior Account Manager

Are you an experienced customer service and sales professional looking for a new opportunity? GO Riteway Transportation is hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing our customer relationships.
They ensure each customer interaction receives excellent care, from sales prospecting and consultation through trip documentation within the reservation system and service execution.
Customers can include any and all services from our private ride portfolio of car service, airport transportation, group travel in buses and shuttle service programs.
Additional duties include operational support as needed including but not limited to on-site event management, driver scheduling, dispatching and shuttle operations support.
Responsibilities:
Own sales cycle of prospecting, consulting, quoting, selling, closing and confirming trips.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail and corporate customers to achieve top notch customer satisfaction.
Utilize pricing tools and enter reservations in software systems.
Track travel and booking activities to ensure accuracy regarding trips or services.
Own operational success (site surveys, driver & vehicle scheduling, dispatching and safety protocols) through team collaboration and/or hands-on completion.
Work directly with internal staff and external customers to address and resolve service issues in accordance with defined policy and customer satisfaction.
Represent GO Riteway at off-site events and visit customer sites for staging of moves (i.
e.
, trips, conventions, conferences, etc.
) as needed.
Become knowledgeable about all vehicles, available services, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, safety protocols and other requirements that apply to the services we provide.
General Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a customer service and sales role.
Ability to communicate effectively through excellent oral, written and listening skills to clearly convey information to others to ensure understanding.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others collaboratively in a team environment.
Able to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Composure in fast-paced environment Attention to details is an absolute must.
Qualifications:
Experience in transportation (people/customer service) and/or travel industry Experience in hospitality industry (i.
e.
events, hotels, restaurants, leisure activities) Familiarity with computer programs for the transportation industry Compensation and
