The baker will execute and follow recipes while operating large mixers, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and use frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation.
The baker should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills while following all recipes and instructions.
The baker will also be responsible for cleaning workstations and equipment regularly and performing other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.
Previous commercial kitchen baking experience is preferred but not required.
Baker should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
They should be organized with high attention to detail, dependable and honest, and always bring a positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and treat others with respect in this team environment.
Essential Functions:
Reading and following recipes Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment Decorating finished product as required Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc.
Pans, bakes, removes from oven and tops product appropriately Maintains a clean and sanitized workstation Complies with all company safety and sanitation policies Reports any accidents or injuries in a timely manner Participates in all meetings and training opportunities (both in-person and virtual) as required Complies with all HACCP policies and procedures Shows up for work in neat, clean, pressed attire Performs other related duties as requested by leadership What you get:

Requirements:
Willingness to learn and grow High standard for work area and appearance Food Service experience preferred/ Customer Service Desired Do simple arithmetic Basic computer skills Able to follow oral and written directions Be able to lift 50 lbs Be able to stand for long periods of time Employment contingent upon the successful outcome of a required background check EOE/AA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
