Need to be experience Office Manager with Bookkeeping experience.
Responsible for all accounting, human resources, and administration function.
Process billing, invoices, collection, and accounts payable/receivable.
Do payroll and pay subcontracts.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and job cost.
Review and manage credit card purchases.
Responsible for new employee on-boarding paperwork.
Processing I-9, W-2, 401K, health insurance, and benefits.
Keep track of hours, vacation, and miss work days.
Keep track of work schedule and dispatch work crew if needed.
Conduct monthly budget and monthly forecast.
Professionally handle customer service with vendors, staff, and customers.
Able to use Microsoft Suite, Jonas Enterprise, and other software.
Candidate should have some kind of degree in Accounting or at least 4 years of Accounting experience.
Work needs to be completed in timely manner.
This is high level position that requires a wide variety of talent and skills.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:
00am-5:
00pm.
Pay range $55,000-$80,000 a year
