The Dietary is responsible for understanding the dietary needs and desires of the residents and is willing to meet those needs.
The Dietary maintains a caring attitude towards residents preparing well-balanced meals for all residents in a friendly and timely manner.
The Dietary will function as part of the interdisciplinary team and also be able to work independently.
The Dietary reports to the Executive Director.
Job Description Complete all daily food preparation Communicate any special dietary needs with other staff as needed Perform monthly food temperatures on all hot and cold food, documenting on proper form Keep a clean, organized kitchen and dining area Requirements
