This opportunity is great for someone who is looking to be on the ground floor of a fast-paced, growing business.
This is a position where you will work with a team performing the many day-to-day responsibilities of the office.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones and emails providing rate quotes for our services taking and entering reservation information accurately scheduling chauffeurs communication with customers, chauffeurs, office staff, and affiliates, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
We're looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
The right candidate have a confident and clear phone voice.
The right person will be professional, organized with the ability to think quickly and take initiative to solve problems as they arise.
Hiring Requirements:
Available to work flexible ours:
Monday-Friday plus every 4th or 5th weekend with notice.
At least 1-2 years customer service experience Above average computer proficiency (Microsoft products and learn our system) Must pass a pre-employment background screening Salary:
$18-$20/hour with growth opportunities.
