This position includes but is not limited to answering incoming calls, dispatching technicians and email inquiries, scheduling appointments for field service personnel and sales staff, make outbound marketing and scheduling calls, edit customer data base as necessary.
You will be required to multi-task by navigating our software program while on the phone with customers and technicians.
Hours to include some evenings.
Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus.
Service Titan or other dispatching software knowledge is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Solid commitment to providing superior customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced situations.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
Confidence on the phone Professional attitude Positive attitude Knowledge of Microsoft Office software E-communications HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge a PLUS High School diploma or GED equivalent Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
