Job Description:
- Work starts at 7am.
Monday- Friday with the occasional Saturday.
- Average 40 hour work week.
- You will go through a hands-on training period until you are completely comfortable working on your own.
- Using your own vehicle and equipment, you will drive from house to house applying applications such as fertilization, weed control, insecticide treatments, aeration, or insect perimeter applications.
- You will be trained to diagnose damage in lawns and make the proper recommendations/ corrective actions to the customer.
- You will work independently 4 days a week.
Fridays we all work together on larger commercial properties.
- Interacting with clients:
Clearly communicating with, being able to inform them of our services, products, techniques, etc.
, creating a positive rapport, making recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
- Wintertime Snow Removal available to those interested.

Qualifications:
Motivated individual with a good work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and put forth effort with a good attitude.
Be reliable and have a reliable method of transportation to work.
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds throughout the day.
Politely and clearly communicate with customers and others you meet out on the job.
Provide quality work and attention to detail for our customers.
Have a valid driver's license with no major traffic violations in the past year.
High School or equivalent education.
