Mygrant Glass is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with the following
Qualifications:
Key
Responsibilities:
Direct a team in daily workflow.
Count and control high-value inventory.
Provide and maintain excellent customer service by monitoring, scheduling, and consistently maintaining arrival and departure deliveries to all of our valued customers.
Accurately schedule employees for their work shifts.
Essential Requirements:
Proven leadership skills.
A keen eye for detail and safety.
Experience with inventory control.
Computer experience with Microsoft products.
Proven track record of a minimum of four years in supervision of at least fifteen employees including hiring and training.
Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays.
Advanced ability to manage and reconcile inventory, including cycle counts, vendor claims, and shipping/receiving.
Experience with fleet maintenance.
Physical Requirements Include:
Walking, stooping, lifting up to 75 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time.
