Customer Service Representative Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Processing customer orders and credit requests. Customer support/Fulfilling special requests Receives requests by telephone for orders, substitutions, and pick-up and return credits. Filing Special projects as deemed necessary by the Business Units needs. Professionally responding and interfacing directly with customers.
